Tailored Formal Operating Plan
Before we begin your program, we conduct a thorough review of your current program's quality, financial performance and target users' satisfaction. This is accomplished by on-site inspections' data analysis and listening to community members' needs. We then prepare an Operating Plan that outlines specifically the steps to improve the service and includes a projected total departmental budget.
