Background and Purpose

Intercontinental Community Builders Management Incorporated (ICBM Corporation), created July 20, 2001, in the State of Ohio, is a private non-profit organization. Our purpose is to develop community-based institutions that mobilize and leverage philanthropic capital, investment capital, knowledge and skills, and natural resources in a responsible and fair manner.

Funds
The organization will seek funds for the purpose of assisting the community and economic development of communities suffering severe and chronic unemployment caused by displacement of local industry or containing a substantial proportion of low-income or minority persons. Funding will also be used for the implementation and enhancement of comprehensive community-wide strategies for creating safe and drug-free schools and promoting healthy childhood development.

Projects
Projects will be initiated or assisted in area of community production and research, along with subsidized employment and managerial training. Our purpose is to provide job and employment

training for the poor, minority and unemployed; to develop business and efficient production and marketing in low-income and minority communities; and to improve the economic and community viability of declining communities.

Future Plans
Future plans include construction and rehabilitation of low-cost housing to enable low-income, minority and senior residents to obtain decent, safe and sanitary living accommodations at an affordable price. In addition, by rehabilitating substandard buildings and constructing new facilities in the place of blighted structures or blighted vacant sites, we will combat community deterioration and contribute to the physical improvement of the environment.

Leadership

Clifford J. Waldon, Senior-Level CEO and Chairman of the Board, has more than 25 years of senior-level experience in astute business analysis and profitable management of a $950 million service corporation. Waldon is a hands-on manager and critical thinker who learns quickly, and has developed expertise and controls immediate contributions in systems, analysis, business operations and motivational team-management. He possesses a valuable blending of leadership, creative and analytical abilities that combine efficiency with imagination to produce bottom-line results.
